I’m excited to highlight my son’s drawing of L I’m excited to highlight my son’s drawing of Lydia’s loyal companion, Fido. He offers emotional comfort and a sense of protectiveness in Lydia’s Pinkerton endeavors. She found him (or he found her) before she came to Washton and hasn’t left her side since. He’s also very energetic, curious, and eager to sniff out chickens, people, and food. He might also chase sheep and cows through a wedding gathering. Bert and Fido don’t get off to a great start, either. But if Lydia and Fido stick around, Bert will need to get used to the idea.
Now that there are four books in the Best-laid Pla Now that there are four books in the Best-laid Plans series, I thought it would be helpful to put them in a suggested reading order AND a chronological order. I love how this graphic came out! And I hope you find it helpful. The overall series features teachers who come west to teach near Sacramento, California. No Plan at All is what I like to call a side story that came out of book 1 (Sarah the one that ran away from Luke) and is set two years earlier. It was the third book released but really is a prequel. I believe you can read When Plans Go Awry or No Plan at All in either spot. I'd love to know from those who have read all the books which they would recommend to read first. Anyone?
