This verse reminds me of a blog post I wrote about finding confidence in the competence God gives us (I wrote this early on in my writing career.). God gives us the skills, it’s up to us to believe (trust) in Him enough to use those skills for His glory. ❤️
Happy Release Day to Mary Connealy with The Heart' Happy Release Day to Mary Connealy with The Heart's Most Wanted.🎉🥳🤩 I was fortunate to be a part of her launch team and just finished reading this fun frontier historical romance. I enjoyed following these gruff and loyal Marshalls who don’t know much about women. Roz is a delight along with her very tame longhorns. Again Connealy makes me laugh with how she writes the men and women trying to figure themselves out. And in true form Morgan and Roz do come to an understanding of one another by the end of the story. The wilderness settings and the rough conditions add to the story as a character itself. I highly recommend picking up Mary's book (did you know this is her 82nd book!) Her writing has been an inspiration to my own. ❤ I look forward to the 3rd book in the series when it comes out in 2027.

I’m currently visiting my sister and she showed me this that she had from our grandma. Turns out it’s a chamber pot from around 1890s from England. With a big handle to make it easy to carry it outside and dump. Such a pretty design it looks like it could be used as a vase or a big fruit bowl. 😂😂 Such a different world we leave in today. Thankful for indoor plumbing.
